These special adults are affectionately referred to as HIPsters (Hugely Important People). MP provides the HIPsters with a community to belong to, as well as, socialization opportunities, vocational, trade, and independent living skills.<\/p><p>PPC\u2019s partnership with MP began in 2016. Our first volunteer event interacting with the HIPsters, we realized just how vital MP\u2019s mission is to our community as a whole and to our community of adults with IDD (intellectual and developmental disabilities).<\/p><p>Since that very special day, we have continued to deepen our friendships through monthly volunteerism, fundraising, and spreading the word just how special of a
