Wanting to further our ‘Always Good’ core values and culture, PPC desired to create an in-house ministry program to help employees experiencing tough spots of life. Early efforts were attempted but with little experience in designing such a program those early efforts were difficult to maintain.

 In 2018, the Lord provided just what was needed, a new partnership with His Way at Work (see link below). His Way at Work provides tools and coaching to ensure that a company’s core values become both a way of life and a way of work.

With His Way at Work’s guidance, PPC’s Caring Team was created and then launched on May 25, 2018. Our Caring Team consists of select employee representatives, who have been identified for having an extra heart for their fellow employees. The Team oversees the PPC Benevolent Fund, a fund to help employees experiencing unexpected life events. The Caring Team does not just support the tough times but also celebrates employee marriages and the birth or adoption of little ones.
